After completing this workshop, participants will be able to identify the causes of customer conflict; explain the benefits of conflict; describe the 5 ways of responding to conflict, as well as their personal preferred styles, make conflict constructive, rather than destructive, and collaborative, when possible; how to better understand what each wants and why each wants it; and how to identify a mutually beneficial goal, based on identified common ground.
