After completing this seminar the participant will be able to: identify key indicators of service culture, assess current strengths and challenges of customer service in their areas, explain their personal customer service purpose, explain their individual customer service "brand," determine and clarify customers' expectations, identify how knowing customers' needs would help make participants' work easier, treat customers the way participants would want to be treated, and take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction.
