Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt - WCG

New River Community College, in conjunction with the Manufacturing Technology Center, is offering a 8-week Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.  The Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is aimed at those new to the world of Six Sigma who have a role, interest, or need to develop foundational knowledge.  Yellow belts can be entry level employees who seek to improve their world or executive champtions who require an overview of Six Sigma and the define, measure, analyze, improve and control model (DMAIC).  The Train-and-Do process uses classroom activities, combining lecture and simulation exercises.

This certification adopts the approach of advancing the concept and potential of using Six Sigma tools and methodologies within an organization.

Note:  Course fee includes a copy of the materials, cost of the ASQ certification exam and exam prep.
