Facilitators also monitor the progress of learners to ensure training retention and program advancement.Certification
: Students who complete this program will have the opportunity to pursue the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Phlebotomy Technician Exam. In addition, several state and national certification exams exist to test the competency of aspiring phlebotomy technicians. Each state may have additional licensing requirements, be sure to research your states requirements for employment by visiting your states occupation board.
