Do you sometimes wonder why you still struggle with some of the same problems that your team faced one week ago, one month ago, or one year ago?   Whether solving a customer’s problem, an internal work-related problem, or a personal problem, this workshop addresses how to define a problem, how to identify a problem’s root causes, and how to more completely examine a problem with a thinking process based in logic, intuition, positive and negative perspectives, creativity, and structure.  (While both Part 1 and Part 2 do not need to be taken together, each focuses on a different part in the problem solving process.)
